How does the PopGirl Box subscription service work? 
You will continue to receive a PopGirl Box each month and be charged at the same date each month. For example, if you signed up on the 15th of the month, you will be charged on the 15th of every month. The monthly subscription service will continue like this until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing us at support@popgirlbox.com

When do the PopGirl Boxes ship? 
Your box will ship from our North Florida headquarters via USPS Priority Mail on or around the first of every month. The box will arrive to your PopGirl in 3-7 days. February boxes will ship out on or around the first week of February. 

Do you ship outside the United States? 
No. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

What is the deadline for orders each month? 
The deadline for orders is the 25th of every month or until our quantities are sold out. If you order by the 25th, you will receive the next month’s box as your first box. If you order after the 25th, you will receive the following month's box as your first box. For example, if you order on January 26th, your first box will arrive the first week of March. 

What are the payment options? 
You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

Do you charge shipping or tax?
There is a $4.99 priority shipping fee each month. Taxes are applied to orders shipped within the state of Florida since we are headquartered in Florida. Other states do not incur sales tax.

What’s your cancellation policy? 
You can cancel anytime by emailing support@popgirlbox.com. Please cancel by the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for that month’s box.
